The story follows the adventures of Natsu Dragneel, a member of the popular wizard guild Fairy Tail, as he searches the fictional world of Earth-land for the dragon Igneel.
The world of Earth-land is home to numerous guilds where wizards apply their magic for paid job requests. Natsu Dragneel, a Dragon Slayer wizard from the Fairy Tail guild, explores the Kingdom of Fiore in search of his missing adoptive father, the dragon Igneel. During his journey, he befriends a young celestial wizard named Lucy Heartfilia and invites her to join Fairy Tail. Lucy forms a team with Natsu and his cat-like Exceed partner, Happy, who is joined by other guild members: Gray Fullbuster, an ice wizard; Erza Scarlet, a magical knight; and Wendy Marvell and Carla, another Dragon Slayer and Exceed duo. The team embark on numerous missions together, which include subduing criminals, illegal dark guilds, and ancient Etherious demons created by Zeref, a wizard cursed with immortality and deadly power.
Wendy Marvell is one of the main protagonists of the anime/manga series Fairy Tail. She is a female Sky Dragon Slayer, formerly belonging to the Cait Shelter Guild. After the events surrounding Nirvana unfold, she officially joins the Fairy Tail Guild. She learned her Dragon Slayer abilities from her adoptive mother, Grandeeney and is normally seen with her pet Exceed, Carla. Following the disbandment of Fairy Tail, Wendy, along with Carla, joined Lamia Scale. Subsequent to the conclusion of the war between Orochi's Fin and Lamia Scale, Wendy leaves Lamia Scale and helps Natsu resurrect Fairy Tail. She was one of the orphans chosen to be a Dragon Slayer four hundred years prior to X777, serving as her adoptive mother's vessel to travel to X777 through the Eclipse Gate as a part of the plan to exterminate Acnologia.
She is voiced by Satomi Satō in the Japanese version of the anime, and by Brittney Karbowski in the English version.
The Seven Deadly Sins (Japanese: 七つの大罪, Hepburn: Nanatsu no Taizai) is a Japanese fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Nakaba Suzuki. It was serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine from October 2012 to March 2020, with the chapters collected into 41 tankōbon volumes. Featuring a setting similar to the European Middle Ages, the story follows a titular group of knights representing the seven deadly sins. The manga has been licensed by Kodansha USA for English publication in North America, while the chapters were released digitally by Crunchyroll in over 170 countries as they were published in Japan.
The Seven Deadly Sins are a band of knights in the land of Britannia who had disbanded ten years earlier after being framed for plotting a coup of the Liones Kingdom, the Holy Knights who sequestered them before taking control in the wake of a rebellion they organized. Liones' third princess, Elizabeth Liones, finds the Seven Deadly Sins' leader, Meliodas, before they search out his comrades so they can clear their names and liberate Liones from the Holy Knights, who were manipulated by a demon named Fraudrin into unsealing the Demon Race from their prison. As the Sins fight against the Ten Commandments led by his brother Zeldris, Meliodas is revealed to be the Demon King's cursed son whose destiny is tied to Elizabeth's.
Elizabeth Liones「エリザベス・リオネス」 is the third adoptive princess of the Kingdom of Liones, the 107th and current incarnation of the Goddess Elizabeth, and the lover of Meliodas, captain of the Seven Deadly Sins. She is the deuteragonist of the series.
Originally an alleged survivor of Danafor's destruction, Elizabeth was adopted and raised by the king Bartra Liones. After the Holy Knights rebel, she sets on journey to find Seven Deadly Sins, becoming a waitress for Meliodas' tavern Boar Hat. She later awakened her power as a Goddess and become the Seven Deadly Sins' prominent ally, participating in their battles against the Ten Commandments and later the Demon Clan in the New Holy War.
