A Chinese television crew captured footage of an explosion in Novoazovsk, Ukraine, in early May that they said was a tank blowing up.
A Phoenix TV crew’s dashcam captured the explosion, which launched a gun turret into the air, while they traveled along E58 in the town of Novoazovsk, Donetsk Oblast, located about 44 km (27 miles) east of Mariupol. The dashcam’s timestamp indicates the footage was captured on May 6.
