I bought the Boya BY-M1 lavalier mic for $21 basically. Is it the best budget friendly option for lav mics? It is a promising lav mic that can instantly upgrade your audio. So if you are someone that is just using the onboard mics of your device, check this out.
Most of the time you get what you pay for. In this case, I'm 50/50 on it. Granted I did just get it in the mail today and instantly did a video. I hope to learn more tricks and tips for lav mics. I have never used one until I made this video.

I think this lav mic is promising for sure. Is there better lav mics out there? Absolutely! But if you are someone on a tight budget, this is definitely worth the investment.
