“It was a different level to anything I’ve ever experienced.”
Those were the words of a reflective Johnnie Jackson as he recalled the events of Wimbledon’s dramatic victory over Milton Keynes Dons back in March.
Ronan Curtis popped up with a late winner deep into stoppage time, causing bedlam in the stands and on the field of play. A memory that will live long for many a fan of our club.
But as our manager speaks about, that was then and this is now. With the same fixture on the horizon, our players know they must step up again and show what it means to represent what we stand for.
