Smoked Salmon Dip
- 12 oz smoked roughly chopped salmon
- 8 oz cream cheese warmed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 t Tabasco sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of green onions
Warm cream cheese until it is slightly runny
Mix cream cheese with chopped smoked salmon until combined
Stir in Tabasco, sour cream and mayo until smooth
Stir in garlic and green onions
Serve with crackers, chips, bread or your favorite snack
Green Goddess Dip
- ½ cup fresh dill
- ½ cup fresh mint
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- ⅓ cup fresh basil
- 2 scallions, white and green parts
- 1 ½ T lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- ½ plain green yogurt
- ¼ c mayo
Place all herbs, scallions, lemon juice and salt in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped
With motor running add in olive oil
Add in yogurt, feta and mayo and mix until combined
Serve with vegetables, pita chips or your favorite dip-delivery implement
Chocolate Hummus
- 1 can of black beans rinsed
- 4 ½ T cocoa powder
- ½ c sweetener of choice (I use agave)
- ⅓ cup of fat source (I would recommend avocado oil)
- ¼ t salt
- 2 t vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined
