This guided 15 minute meditation is influenced by the zen buddhist practice of zazen, which is a form of meditation that goes beyond any certain technique and simply focuses on "just sitting".
Like every other form of meditation it can provide us with peace, clarity and the ability to reconnect to the present moment, with all its sensations, thoughts and feelings.
