Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana will today deliver his maiden budget speech, in which he's expected to strike a balance between needs and feasibility. Godongwana will do this amid the continued economic impact of COVID-19, issues around the funding of struggling SOEs, and providing measures to capitalise on positive economic activity.
