These three Aurora downlights have been removed from a bathroom after 1 failed. They were once fitted with MR16 50watt 12volt halogen lamps, but later changed to 3.4watt LED.

1 of the dimmable electronic transformers has failed made by AE Model NO: AE-60ET, possibly due to wires being pulled in attic roof space, the plastic clips failed on connector block and lamp socket pulled out of lamp and shorted on the lamp case.
Only one of these lights had a earth cable and were fitted in a bathroom. All of the new LED replacement downlights are all earthed.
