Plaza de Bolivar - Pereira - This is how it is everyday here where there are just large amounts of people walking around. All of the streets in the downtown area have a lot of foot traffic as well as there are many stores and restaurants to spend your money.
It is SAFE here in the day to walk around, just pay attention to your surroundings and people near you. However most of the time there will be no issues.
This plaza is a central location but there is really nothing exciting about it.
