In this Mint & Ginger Chai Recipe, I’ve added sugar according to my taste but you can adjust that to your liking. You can even substitute sugar for honey or sweetener, if you’re diabetic. You can also adjust the milk to water ratio, if you like it creamier. Basically, my Mint & Ginger Chai Recipe uses a 1-to-1 ratio since half the water evaporates before adding the milk. Honestly, everything can be adjusted to your preference so feel free to tweak as per your taste.
You can serve this for breakfast or evening tea along with cake rusk and biscuits. You can also enjoy with a complete breakfast or evening snacks like pakora (my favourite), samosa or aloo tikki.

Mint (Pudina) Leaves - 4-6, roughly shredded
Ginger - 1/2 tsp, freshly grated
