Honestly, Arctic Flare is one of the most brutal maps of the game. If you survive this you're ready for pretty much everything in the game. The plan has to be immaculate because AI teams have to dispatch a lot of tangos with quite a tactical and numerical advantage. I switch control to Red team and secure the hostages in the room adjacent to the bridge (reachable from the exterior staircase) because the tangos there pull the trigger as soon as they hear flies buzzing... I even throw a flashbang in my own face because there is just not enough time.
I'm sorry for the sound artifacts, sadly this happens when you play the game with Wine!
The strategy is:
* Gold team provides cover while the other teams advance towards the ship. After dispatching the tangos outside Gold team rushes in to secure deck 3 along with Green team.
* Blue team enters first, clears decks 1 and 2, flashbangs the hostage room above deck 4 and assaults the bridge.
* Red team uses the exterior staircase to reach the hostages adjacent the bridge, a flashbangs disorients the 2 tangos outside the room and provides precious time.
* Green team moves from deck 4 to deck 3 to hunt down the last tango that moves between deck 4 and deck 3.
