What Can We Learn From the Repentance of the Ninevites,
the Right Side Robber, and the Prodigal Son?
God did not bring the disasters that He had decided to inflict on Nineveh
because they sincerely repented although they had followed other gods and tormented Israel.
When the robber on the right side and the prodigal son who left his father repented,
they received blessings. Through all this, God showed mankind
that they can avoid disasters and be saved when they repent from their sins.
The Members of the Church of God Want the Whole World
to Be Saved Through Complete Repentance
The stubbornness and unrepentant heart store up God’s wrath for Judgment Day.
The members of the Church of God came to know the way of complete repentance
through the words of Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother,
and they are now preaching the gospel of the new covenant,
hoping that others too will be saved through repentance.
Ezekiel 18:30
“Therefore, you Israelites, I will judge each of you
according to your own ways, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent!
Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall.”
