SpaceX targets November 14 for a Falcon 9 launch of 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Liftoff is scheduled for 8:21 a.m. ET, 1321 UTC, 14:21 CET, with backup opportunities available until 9:33 a.m. EST.

This is the 18th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched mPOWER-C, OneWeb2, Intelsat 40e, Digital Globe 2, Turksat-6A, Eutelsat 36X, Ovzon-3, CRS-26, and nine Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
