Nintendo has been known to defend their IP's such as Mario very strictly, and now Nintendo has sued a major rom website over the use of illegal NES roms, SNES roms, DS roms, GameCube ISOs, artwork, and sound from Nintendo properties. Is it pointless to go after these websites though?
