Nicola Sturgeon, First Minister of Scotland gave a keynote speech at the #ArcticCircle Assembly in Reykjavík, Iceland. In her speech the First Minister focused her discussion on Scotland and what steps it is taking to tackle climate change while also mentioning Scotland's and Iceland's historic ties, how Scotland actively seeks to learn from its neighbouring countries and the country's increasing will to participate in Arctic affairs.
