Today we made eggless mango cake in Kadhai without using sand or salt. We had just preheated the kadhai for 10 mins on medium flame and then had placed a rack on it. After placing the rack we had placed our mixture over it and covered the kadhai with a lid on a low flame. The cake took about 1.5 hours to bake on a low flame, but it turned out to be soft & perfect.
For those who don't have an oven or sand or salt, don't worry. This kadhai cake will save your day & it's eggless too😉
Since this is the season of mangoes, we had the chance to add mango pulp in the cake mixture. You can even keep the cake plain, i.e. keep it as basic vanilla cake or add cocoa powder to make it a chocolate cake😍
