(I have had no troubles with the security of these softwares but use them at your own risk)

My ffmpeg script for blending high fps footage:

-map 0 -c:v hevc_amf -rc cqp -qp_p 20 -qp_i 20 -qp_b 20 -c:a copy -vf tblend=all_mode=average -crf 15 -r 60

(replace in the script "hevc_amf" with something like "h264_nvenc" or "x264" for systems running an NVIDIA GPU or anything other than a newer AMD GPU)

I also want to mention that to be able to use and edit H265 or HEVC codec video on Windows, you must purchase Microsoft's $1 HEVC decoder from the microsoft store. (You won't have this problem if you are just using standard h264 files).
