The 100kg World War II bomb that will soon be detonated in a controlled way in Singapore has been sitting in the ground with water, chemicals and "all sorts of stuff" floating around it for more than 70 years, making it "incredibly volatile", retired Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent Stephen Cutler tells CNA938's Asia First. Speaking from the Philippines, Mr Cutler, who is also a security consultant, says it may be hard to figure out its status. However, he adds the team from the Singapore Armed Forces is well-trained and has good equipment to carry out the operation.
