Our eyes, like no other part of the face, can quickly show signs of ageing. The upper eyelids may become droopy and saggy as a result of natural changes in the collagen levels, lifestyle and diet.
In this 8 mins video, I share my favourite face yoga techniques to strengthen the muscles of the Orbicularis Oculi and Eye Levator muscles to create lift and tone for the upper eyelids, creating more youthful appearance for the eyes and the whole face. Repeat daily until you achieve desired results.
