Antonio Guterres on Monday addressed the 193 member nations of the General Assembly after being sworn in as Secretary-General of the United Nations.
The former UN High Commissioner for refugees was elected to the top job by acclamation in the General Assembly in October. He takes over from Ban Ki-moon on 1 January 2017.
