Ingredient-
Pomfret- 1
For green masala- 1 bowl- fresh grated coconut
2 bowl coriander,1/2 inch ginger, 12 garlic cloves
1 lemon and 6 big green chillis
½ bowl mint leaves
1 tsp turmeric
Salt
1 tsp garam masala powder
Oil
Method- make green paste by grinding coconut,garlic,ginger,coriander and lemon. Add water required to make fine paste.
Marinate pomfret with turmeric and salt.
In pan, heat oil and cook green paste till it becomes dry. Add glass of water,garam masala powder and salt . bring it to boil. Add pomfret pieces and cook on low flame for 10 mins. once done serve with rice or bhakri.
To make green masala paplet (dry)
Cook further on high flame till all water evaporates and becomes thick masala . add chopped mint leaves . cook for more one min . once done serve as a starter dish.
