My First Ever Gluten Free Pizza Review!
With a few family members developing gluten allergies recently, my interest in pursuing gluten free pizza options has really picked up steam. I also get many requests from readers about GF pizza options. This one is for you!
I stopped by Samario’s Pizza in Scranton to try the Gluten Free Cauliflower Crust Pizza. I was surprised at how much the crust mimicked a real pizza crust. Would I say it is the same as the real thing? No, but I will say it was crispy, flavorful, and shared many attributes of a “normal” crust. What made the pizza really good was Samario’s great sauce and cheese combination. It was a naturally sweet pizza sauce with plenty of flavor combined with a high quality mozzarella cheese.
This is definitely an option I’ll pursue again with the family. Who serves your favorite GF pizza?
