In this video, Kyle Ingham of The Distilled Man talks about a simple trick for increasing your motivation to exercise regularly.
This new approach was inspired by Dr. Michelle Segar's book "No Sweat: How the Simple Science of Motivation Can Bring You a Lifetime of Fitness."
Through Dr. Segar's strategies, you can completely reframe your association with exercise so that it's no longer a chore, and you actually look forward to exercising. In essence, you're able to trick yourself into loving exercise.
