Ticket Validity
Online ticket is valid for 90 days based on online purchase date
Online ticket must be purchase at least 24 Hours in advance
Farm in the City is closed on every Tuesday (except public holidays and school holidays)

Terms & Conditions
Online ticket is valid for single entry only
Children below 90cm will be waived from entrance fees
Outside food are strictly not allowed
It is through condition of entry that all guests agree to be bound by all rules and regulations displayed at Farm in the City
The owner of Farm in the City shall not be held liable for any injuries, death and/or loss and damage to property under any circumstances
No refunds will be entertained due to inclement weather, natural disaster and/or any force majeure
No refunds will be entertained due to unused online tickets
Not valid with on-going promotions/group package/functions/tour
Children must be accompanied by adult
You are required to present your MyKad / Passport for verification at the collection counter. Failing which, a surcharge of RM19 for adult & RM16 for child will be charged during the ticket redemption
