RAGI MUDDE HACK - Easy Method & Perfect Measurements That Works For All | Finger Millet Ball
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ghee
1 cup + 1 tablespoon ragi flour/finger millet
Method:
Add water, salt, ghee, and 1 tablespoon of ragi flour in a pot or nonstick pan.
Stir well and turn on the stove.
Boil the water and then ragi flour.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook for a minute without disturbing.
Now, turn off the heat and beat the mixture. (make sure they are no lumps).
Turn on the heat and simmer for a minute.
Gather the dough together with the help of a spatula.
Next, apply some water to the cutting board or plate.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Wet the hand and make a ball when it's hot. (Be careful while making the ball as the dough will be very hot).
Serve ragi mudde with a sambar, curry and non-vegetarian curry you choose.
