"Inspiring, Engaging, Enabling, and Connecting the Motors of Change"
In order to deliver fully and consistently on the potential of libraries as motors of change, a change in our own mindsets and ways of working is needed. IFLA’s new strategy provides a framework for achieving this.
In her final President’s Session, Glòria Pérez-Salmerón will therefore bring together people for a conversation around the different elements of the mission set out in the Strategy. Participants will be able to take part in a conversation about what it means for any organisation to inspire, engage, enable and connect its members and the field it serves.
Speakers who themselves have experience in each of these areas will share what they have learned, leading to reflection on how we can, together, deliver on the Strategy, and build a strong and united library field.
