Stavros Lambrinidis, Ambassador of the European Union to the United States, spoke to @AtlanticCouncilUS about the EU’s support for Ukraine and Ukraine’s future within Europe.
He said that Russian President Vladimir Putin is using the tools of colonialism "to wipe a country he doesn't like off the map."
