Edit: I claimed that Class D amplifiers have lower THD than Class A/B - I was informed wrong/got something wrong while doing my homework - I was a bad student ;-) Sorry! However, my point with the odd and even harmonics seems to be confirmed from what I read at second glance, so maybe that's a point to consider - sorry for the mishap!
