If you are running out of room on one of your hard drives or just want to know what types of files are taking up the most space on your computer, you can easily find out using the tools in your Windows settings for Windows 10 or Windows 11. Once you find a section that has files that are consuming a lot of space, you can have it open File Explorer right to that folder and then purge files as needed. You can even have it scan for temporary files and then remove them right from the storage section in the settings app. It's a great way to show the overall disk usage on your computer.
