Delegates from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), were in the Kosovan capital Pristina on Friday (17/7) for talks with local Serb and ethnic Albanian officials. The team of senior diplomats from Europe, Russia and the U.S, came straight from talks in Belgrade, where the Serb authorities agreed to let them set up a permanent OSCE mission in Kosovo. The team was due to meet the self-styled president of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova, on Saturday (18/7).
