You can't buy Ultra Balls before this part so you have to rely on the Great Balls to work. I'm just glad that's over, this was a bitch to record.

Oh yeah, once you get the Clear Bell from New Island and Ho-Oh helps you leave the island, DO NOT use an Escape Rope to get out of the tower. You'll end up back on New Island and you won't be able to get out because Ho-Oh will not be there to escort you again.
