For all your watch collecting needs — watch cases, Banda leather watch bands, and more — visit us at www.amazon.com/caddybaycollection.
A new band can breathe new life into your watch. Dress down a formal piece or spiffy up your everyday beater.
Measure your wrist for a new watch band. We’re Caddy Bay Collection, and we’ll show you how.
Watch bands come in all shapes and sizes, so you’re going to want to make a few measurements before buying one that ends up too tight or loose on your wrist.
If you’ve got a tape measure handy, wrap it around your wrist to get a measurement. If you don’t have a tape measure, use something like a piece of string, mark it, and measure the size with a ruler.
We list these Banda leather watch bands on Caddy Bay Collection in millimeters. Measure in inches if your replacement band is listed in Imperial units.
You’ll also want to account for the length of your watch case and subtract it from your wrist measurement.
Leather straps, measured end-to-end, are commonly available in Regular, Short, and Long lengths (via crownandbuckle.com):
LEATHER STRAPS
• Regular Length 120/75mm fits wrists approximately 6 1/2" to 7 1/2", in 7 increments.
• Short Length 105/70mm fits wrists approximately 5 3/4" to 6 3/4", in 7 increments.
• Long Length 135/80mm fits wrists approximately 7 1/4" to 8 1/4", in 7 increments.
NATO STRAPS
NATO straps fit wrists approximately 5 3/4" to 9", in 13 increments. 11" / 280mm overall length.
Once you’ve found a band that will give you some size options at your wrist size, remove it with the proper watch tools and put on your new band.
Once complete, be sure to safely tuck away your rejuvenated timepiece. Throw it in a Caddy Bay Collection watch case, why-don’t-cha?!
