Mortal remains of 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel martyred in the Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) attack in Pulwama were brought to New Delhi on Friday. The martyrs who served us selflessly, who guard our borders without exception, who worked day and night and sometimes sacrificing their own sleep to ensure we can live privileged existences.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid his tributes to the martyrs at Palam Airport, Delhi. Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Union Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore, Congress president Rahul Gandhi and Army Chief General Bipin Rawat also paid tributes to the martyred CRPF jawans.
