On Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at 10:30 a.m., in the Media Gallery at TPS Headquarters, 13 Division Superintendent Scott Baptist will update the media on an ongoing Break-and-Enter investigation.
Also in attendance will be 13 Division Detective Sergeant Paul Qureshi, 32 Division Detective Sergeant Sean Brosnan, and 53 Division Detective Sergeant Dan Sadadics.
Since February 2016, the Toronto Police Service has had numerous reports of Break-and-Enters into commercial premises and synagogues. These generally occur between midnight and 5 am, in the vicinity of Dufferin Street and Bathurst Street.

Police are seeking assistance locating three wanted men in a Break-and-Enter investigation.
Since February 2016, the Toronto Police Service has had numerous reports of Break-and-Enters into commercial premises and synagogues. These generally occur between midnight and 5 am, in the vicinity of Dufferin Street and Bathurst Street.
It is alleged that, through investigation, police have identified the following men as suspects:
1) Joshua Moskaluk (also known as Joshua Read), 37, described as thin build, short brown hair, numerous tattoos, approximately 5’10” and 170 lbs.
2) Brian Eric Rutherford, 38, described as medium build, dark-brown hair, brown eyes, unshaven, approximately 5’10”and 180 lbs.
3) Chance Jeanson, 43, described as thin build, unshaven, light-brown hair, approximately 5’8” and 150 lbs.
These men are currently wanted by the Toronto Police Service for numerous counts of Break-and-Enter.
