Olympic organisers have unveiled a new rule book to explain how the Games will be conducted in the middle of a pandemic.

The event is less than 90 days away and parts of Japan, including the capital Tokyo, have just been placed under a new state of emergency.
But organisers insist it can be held safely, unveiling stricter coronavirus measures, including more testing.
