I'm slowly working my way through some the greatest Hironobu Kageyama DBZ tracks. This is one of those ones where after covering it, I realized how freakin awesome it is. When I'm remaking a track I really get to intimately know it because I'm listening to and recreating every little detail my ears are able to pick up. There's something magical about the melodies that Kageyama comes up with, they're simple and straightforward by todays standards, yet his vocal performance puts so much power behind them. Like with my Unmei No Hi cover, and my Cha-La one too, it's a fun challenge to try and bring that same amount of energy through my instrumental versions.
