Each year, we host an employee photo contest to showcase the talents and viewpoints of our employees from around the world. 2017 was the first year we added video to the contest. We asked our employees to submit photos and videos that captured our One Weatherford spirit through displays of teamwork, technology, and our footprint.

With more than 420 entries submitted from across 38 countries, selecting the winners was a difficult task. We narrowed the photos and videos down with the help of our leadership team. Then, a poll of our employees and social media followers generated more than 4,550 responses to help us select our winners.

The winning video submitted by Fabrizio Scogna, Weatherford Italy Ortona - Per Noi Vale - World Safety Day Celebration, depicts the heart of our people, showing the importance of safety, service quality, and teamwork within our organization. Our commitment to safety is embedded in our culture and everything we do.
