Legal experts share President Cyril Ramaphosa’s concerns about the independent panel’s report having fundamental weaknesses.
They say the president is therefore within his rights to legally challenge the findings of the damning Section 89 report which found
that the president may have a case to answer with regard to the theft of millions of cash in foreign currency from his Phala Phala
farm in February 2020. President Ramaphosa wants the Constitutional Court, the highest court in the land, to review and set aside
the report, which could pave the way for his impeachment. Ayesha Ismail reports.
