Portugal have set the pace in UEFA Nations League Group 1 following three wins from four, as the Selecao quickly overcame their disappointing exit from Euro 2024.
The squad trained on Monday ahead of their next match against Poland at Porto's Estadio do Dragao on Friday, with just one point required to guarantee their place in the quarter-finals.
Goals from Bernardo Silva, Cristiano Ronaldo and a Jan Bednarek own goal saw Portugal beat Poland 3-1 in their Nations League encounter on 12th October in Warsaw, Piotr Zielinski on the score sheet for Poland.
Star striker Cristiano Ronaldo has been in good form with two further goals in the group stage- against Croatia and Scotland - including his 900th goal in senior football.
