This domestic Vueling flight was probably one of the most impressive flights I flew in this simulator yet. Lovely departure out of Barcelona with an early right turn followed by some nice views of the city and airport as we proceed on the "GRAUS" departure.
The forecasted weather in Asturias was good with broken clouds between 4000 and 7000ft and some more layers on top. With the setting sun and all these cloud formations around us the views were absolutely stunning as we approached the rather short 2200m runway. The runway part behind the aiming point has a bit of a upslope so I tried to hold it of in the flare to settle on the upslope. According to Volanta the touchdownrate was -67ft/min.
