Tara Spoke about Origin Green, Ireland’s pioneering food and drink sustainability programme which aims to set and achieve measurable sustainability targets.
Her presentation stressed the importance of "Collaboration for Impact" within the food production industry. Bord Bia encourages national collaboration by farmers, food producers, retailers, businesses and all stakeholders to improve the food production process with the goal to create a sustainable food process that respects the environment and better serves our communities.
