Mamata govt to move the Supreme Court against Calcutta HC's order handing over Bengal post-poll violence cases to CBI. In a big setback for the Mamata govt, the HC also ordered the constitution of an SIT to probe all other cases. The SIT will include Suman Bala Sahoo, Soumen Mitra and Ranveer Kumar, all IPS officers of the West Bengal cadre.
