Lazarus was Jesus’ friend in the gospels whom he raised from the dead. According to Greek Orthodox tradition, Lazarus fled from Judea and went to Cyprus after receiving threats after his resurrection.
He is said to have lived another 30 years before his second and final death in Kition, now Larnaca. 🇨🇾
