This quick and easy steamed fish is one of my favorite dishes. It is also known as Cantonese-Style steamed fish. It's healthy and delicious.
Steamed Fish With Ginger & Soy Sauce
Ingredients
1 (1 1/2 lbs/680 grams) Whole Barramundi, gutted & cleaned
3 to 4 Stalks Scallions/Green Onions
4 to 5 Slices Ginger
Aromatic Soy Sauce
3 to 4 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 to 3 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
1 Stalk Scallion/Green Onion, chopped
Topping
3 to 4 Tbsp Shallot Oil or Peanut Oil
3 Stalks Scallions/Green Onions, julienned
1/2 inch Ginger, julienned
1 Red Chili, thinly sliced
A Handful of Fresh Coriander
