The murder trial of Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir and four co-accused will resume in the High court in Johannesburg Tuesday.
Monday's sitting was marred by unresolved disputes between the state and the defence.
Krejcir is already serving a 35-year jail term for kidnapping, dealing in drugs and attempted murder.
