The University of Central Asia, State Committee for Information Technology and Communications (ГКИТиС КР), and High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic (Парк Высоких Технологий Кыргызской Республики) organised a Digital Transformation in Central Asia (DTCA) conference in Kyrgyzstan in October 2019. The conference identified technological trends facing Central Asia and recommended practical strategies.
