Winner of 2011 Bupa Foundation Patients as Partners Prize

The prize was given for a project which utilised or developed shared-decision making tools for better patient decisions for use amongst disadvantaged or diverse groups.

The winner was Anne Cowman of Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
