“Can Chefs Save The World?” is a three part documentary series by UTOPICFOOD! Created by Mason Florence and John Krich, the production investigates the roles and perceptions of some of the greatest chefs in the world through intimate, up close and personal interviews.

Alving Leung – also known as the “Demon Chef” – is as provocative and free-spirited as his cuisine. Controversial and creative, Chef Alvin presents what he calls, “X-treme Chinese Cuisine”, bringing molecular techniques into Chinese traditional dishes, products and flavours. His 3 Michelin Star flagship Hong Kong restaurant, Bo Innovation, set new perspectives for Chinese cuisine and opened space for creative cooking to a new generation of young chefs in Hong Kong and beyond.
Chef Alvin became an international TV celebrity for his role as a judge on Canada’s Master Chef, giving him a bigger platform to advocate for Chinese cuisine and its global relevance.
