This is video 2 of my 5 part video series on the PHUL training program! This series takes place during my training week of June 15, 2020 to June 21, 2020. In this video I review Day 1, the upper power day, of the PHUL training program, along with all of the changes I have made to it. I have included some training footage and yes with commentary as most of you have come to expect from a Top Lifts of the Week training vlog!
