Its been a long time to make this video although it has been asked for often. These are my thoughts on the main differences, advantages and disadvantages of the Bafand BBSHD and CYC X1 Pro mid drive motor systems for DIY ebikes.
This is not a which system is best video because that's not something that interests me. You can build great DIY ebikes with both. My bikes are very different so an apples to apples comparison of speed and power is not really doable or fair.
